Use of materials
For sure, you not buy a house with the cheapest materials used, here we give you a summary of the main items.
The outside walls of the house are made of Q-con isolation blocks, not the regular C-pack. The ceiling is not made of gypsum but of the fiber boards which is a much better isolation and much more waterproof. The paint we use is Beger Cool, which is equipped with a cooling agent.
Windows are made from UPVC and have mosquito screens, LED is used for lights. The front of the house is supplied with solar cell LED, which saves cost and one does not worry during a rainy season that breakers are turned off due to water in outside cables.
The house has a 7000-liter water storage and from the front of the house the main cutter is connected to the water tank, so rainwater is collected for many purposes
The inside doors are solid wood, the kitchen is made out of European oak wood, countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are made of hard stone.
The bathroom has a rain shower head, a glass separation wall, and a big comfortable toilet. The kitchen has a half-separate wall with a nice counter, the idea of a bar, this way, the living room looks big and the whole is connected together.

The house is set up beside the living room and kitchen with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room and master bedroom are designed with a catchy build-out, it gives more space but the elegance of it creates a great atmosphere.
As we see with many Thai houses, the car park is part of the area under the roof. This house keeps the car park as a separate part as an add-on to the house.
The house is lifted up, 50cm, so, if one enters the terrace and goes to the house, one climbs a few steps. The raise-up gives privacy as well a nice view from the house towards the project and all nature in and around it.
Perimeter walls have a concrete frame with powder coated green wire mesh, so one can look trough and see the nature around. Fences have a drain system, so rain water not have freedom to pass
