A villa, with or without a pool, both options are there in all our models.
Under we focus on a villa with a pool in different sizes of the house as well the land options
In phase 1, we have plots of 240m2 or a little bigger, 15×16 meter, here we can setup a 135 m2 villa with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
In our second phase of the project, bigger plots are available, like 500 m2 and up. Here we have the option to build models of 236 m2, 253 m2 and 285 m2 or something you wish to modify or to make as long the colors matches with the project.

In the houses we use real materials, no laminate or particle board but natural stone and wood.
