Payment schedule

two contracts

If you purchase to build, you get a land contract from the project and a building contract from the construction company. The project will guide the building process. All payments will be collected by the project and passed to the construction company.

For example, a sale of 3,995.000 will be split in land THB 2,200,000 with project facilities and building, car park, and terrace: THB 1,795,000.-

The deposit for land is 30%, if the transfer is done and the land office, and buyer pay before the sign-out of the project owner ships 70%. The land transfer will be done before the building process starts.

Payment schedule for built

The deposit for the build is 30%. 

The second payment is 20% when the foundation and all columns and roof are set up.

The third payment is 20% when the walls and windows are ready as well as water and electricity and bathrooms. The building is also set up in primer

The fourth payment, 20% is for the kitchen, tiles, plaster and painting, doors, and a ready-to-use house. 

The fifth payment, 10% is done before the handover

The guarantee by the builder on the house is 2 years after the handover, following Thai law.

Project maintenance

The project retirement service and maintenance cost is set in 2025 on THB 3500 per person per month. As the project is in developing, the project will not charge and cost for the full 2025.
