Meet the Family Behind the Formula

Built on Experience, Family, and Vision

"I’ve always preferred letting my work speak for itself rather than stepping into the spotlight. But when you are choosing a place to call home, you deserve to know who is standing behind the project. Meet our family: Sompit, Deline, Collin, Ryan, and myself, Leo."

After nearly 20 years of living and working in Thailand, I began to ask myself a simple question: "Where do I want to be when I retire?" I wanted a place that combined the independence of a great house with the community and facilities of a resort. Together with my family, we decided to turn that wish into the 'Leo Formula.'

Leo

Born in Amsterdam with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Research. After 30 years as a business owner and a career in the medical industry, I bring a focus on precision and healthcare standards to our resort community.

Sompit

With an MBA and a background in Factory Engineering, Sompit ensures the operational excellence and structural integrity of the project. Her expertise is the backbone of our 'Maintenance-Free' promise.

Industrial Excellence

Our commitment to quality is backed by real-world manufacturing expertise. We also own and operate Arrow Wood Thailand, an industrial leader in wood flooring.

Double BOI Licensed (Board of Investment)
